Wild Turkey Roulade Ingredients:
- 1 boneless, skinless turkey breast, about 3-4 pounds
- ¾ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup water

- 2 tablespoons chili-garlic paste

- 2 Granny Smith apples, thinly sliced
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions:
