Ingredients:

  • 1 boneless, skinless turkey breast, about 3-4 pounds
  • ¾ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons chili-garlic paste

  • 2 Granny Smith apples, thinly sliced
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, chopped
