Ingredients:
- 4 wild turkey legs and thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (12-ounce) bottle your favorite BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Hamburger buns
- Coleslaw (optional)
- Pickles (optional)
- Sliced red onion (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven or large ovenproof pot over medium heat.
