Wild Turkey Leg & Thigh BBQ Sandwich – The Best BBQ Ever

Ingredients:

    • 4 wild turkey legs and thighs
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1 onion, diced
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 (12-ounce) bottle your favorite BBQ sauce
    • 1/2 cup chicken broth
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Hamburger buns
    • Coleslaw (optional)
    • Pickles (optional)
    • Sliced red onion (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven or large ovenproof pot over medium heat.
