Wild Turkey Roll Ingredients:
- 1 boneless, skinless turkey breast, about 3-4 pounds
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh herbs (such as sage, rosemary, and thyme)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cooked rice or wild rice stuffing
Instructions:
- Preheat your Traeger grill to 350°F.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
